They replaced a federal pacific panel with a new murray panel. The electrician that I usually use couldn't come, but gave me an estimate of $1500. When Grateful Electric came out, they estimated the job at $1000. I couldn't be happier. They were clean, efficient, and on time. It was a lovely experience to work with someone in my house for 7 hours. I am grateful to Grateful.

It went very well. The work he did on the bathroom was excellent.  We put in many features and everything worked as it should. He came when the contractor said he would and all work passed inspection. Mike and his sons are professional, persistent in their work and always cleaned up, not leaving a trace of their presence.  The most amazing thing was, I asked him to fix the kitchen light and he did, even though it gave him a lot of trouble.  He had to come back 3 times, requiring new parts, always returning my phone calls and telling me when he would show up.  He would not consider the job done until it was done right and didn't charge for rewiring the fixture and other incidentals.  In addition, my small bathroom light was not working properly and even though it was a small adjustment he took care of it. He and his sons are just very  good at their job and nice people.
