 + -1 moreThey are excellent. They are knowledgeable, complete good work, are people-oriented, and have reasonable pricing. We also like they are many times able to troubleshoot issues over the phone rather than having to come to our house. We highly recommend them to others.

 + -1 morereturned to store with receipt and add showing reduced price. (Best Buy made a big deal in advertisements that they will meet any advertised price) I didn't think 6 weeks was an excessive amount of time to meet a price over $240 different. Store manager stated there was nothing they could do. Contacted their home office in writing enclosing copy's of receipts and newspaper add. Revived letter from a Charlie Severson basically saying tough luck !!! By the way I previously purchased 2 large screen TVs and numerous other items from that store and was very happy with their service. Now I will shop elsewhere
Description of Work: on 5/9 purchased LG washer and Dryer at Best Buy in Baldwin NY for $ 720.00 each on 6/22 saw exact same units advertised in newspaper at another department store Jay's for $ 600 each total of over $ 240 less.
