Everything was tried and the pilot wouldn't stay lit. The tank will need to be replaced (which we already knew). We were hoping to buy a little time before replacing the heater. Not the fault of the plumber. He also gave estimates for other jobs we wanted to have done. He was very professional and courteous.

He's kind of a low key guy that gets a lot of his business from referrals. He's got a couple guys that work for him. He's about within a 15-20 mile radius from us. He gives us a good price because we refer him to a lot of people. He is very responsive and does high quality work and is very competitively priced. He is very proud of his work and he will come right out to fix it. It was a top of the line water heater.
