I would say “A” all around. The pricing is good. Time is great. Communication is great. Quality of work is great. They have been doing my landscaping for about a year.

The initial work performed in the spring was done according to specification. However, 2 trees that were planted died shortly thereafter. Three bushes died as well. Mr. Donnelly said that he would replace these but did not. Within the past month, we have repeatedly phoned him and have not received a call back. Pages go unanswered. The phone number has been disconnected. It does appear that he is out of business. However, under the warranty we signed, Mr. Donnelley owes us services. We plan to take him to small claims and file a BBB report against him. We paid on time and dealt with him with courtesy and integrity. He has NOT treated us the same way. If he is not going to honor his warranty to us, he owes us money.

MY LOCAL LANDSCAPING COMPANY IS VERY WELL SERVICE ORIENTED, HONEST, KIND AND HAS EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. EVERYONE WORKS AS A TEAM TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL IT IS.
