+ 1 moreThe initial work performed in the spring was done according to specification. However, 2 trees that were planted died shortly thereafter. Three bushes died as well. Mr. Donnelly said that he would replace these but did not. Within the past month, we have repeatedly phoned him and have not received a call back. Pages go unanswered. The phone number has been disconnected. It does appear that he is out of business. However, under the warranty we signed, Mr. Donnelley owes us services. We plan to take him to small claims and file a BBB report against him. We paid on time and dealt with him with courtesy and integrity. He has NOT treated us the same way. If he is not going to honor his warranty to us, he owes us money.
Description of Work: Removal of debris and dead plants. Seeding of yard, planting of bushes, trees. Some sprinkler work.
