Repairman looked at burner and pointed out several problems including leaking water and the wrong nozzle size on the burner.
When he removed the top part it was full of sooty debris, showing that it had not been cleaned properly despite my having a cleaning done during 2011 by another company.
The repairman, Eddie, explained everything to me and advised that I call for a total cleaning before the winter season.
I was extremely pleased with this company and plan to use them to take care of my future heating needs.
