ASP Construction

Description of Work: ASP Construction - Anthony - brought in his partner to do demo and clean up and installation of hot water heater and boiler. No one knew what they were doing and had a variety of people entering our home after Tropical Storm Sandy to assist. They received money to buy supplies and to begin job. When they could not complete installation they left and did not come back. We called ASP who eventually sent another worker of his Giggs (Geek) to assist. Hot water heater was installed incorrectly. National Grid had to turn off gas due to high levels of carbon monoxide in the home. We informed ASP that we will have to stop a check until work is completed. They ran to a check cashing place and cashed a stopped check. They left hot water heater and under the pretense of coming to replace boiler they took new boiler we paid for and never came back. We had no heat or hot water for months. ASP says he takes no responsibility.
