I hired Zamudio Contracting (ZC) to replace and repair my mother’s roof. Initially Jose visited and showed us pictures of rotting plywood at the edge of the roof due to no drip edge previously being installed. After Jose prepared the estimate, explained it to us, we agreed ZC would do a full roof replacement, chimney repair, replace existing aluminum gutters and downspouts (Jose’s recommendation was to replace with larger size and we did), replace rotted plywood where necessary, and replace soffit and fascia. One thing I wanted to point out about the plywood replacement was that from the beginning Jose said we would only replace what was rotted. He didn’t push to replace plywood that wasn’t rotted. I really appreciated his honesty as other contractors told me I should just replace all the plywood since “they were up there.” I wanted the roof over my mother’s and her tenants heads to be safe and secure and ZC certainly did the right thing. I highly recommend using ZC for your needs.

When we took over our commercial space there was cracked tile and rotted floors at the front of the kitchen. The health dept demanded the area be repaired. We were recommended Zamudio Contracting (ZC). ZC started on a Saturday night at 10pm and was able to have us ready to serve lunch by Tuesday afternoon! 3 years later the floor still looks brand new, with not a chip. Iâ m very happy to see ZC on Agniâ s because my partner and I know this company will help a lot of people!

Zamudio Contracting put new Siding on the house that was originally shingled. The work was done in a timely fashion and now the house looks brand new.

We purchased our home knowing that we would need to renovate our 500 square foot basement. It was an unfinished basement and the prior owners used it as storage.
