OVERALL, KAREN MARVIN DID A GOOD JOB. BUT WHEN IT CAME TO SETTING THE FINAL BILL, SHE UNEXPECTEDLY CHANGED THE AGREED UPON PRICE AND MADE IT HIGHER TO PAY A DIFFERENT WORKER!
