Plesser's Appliances

Take a look at this video: [*** Link removed ***] (Angie's list won't let me put an actual link or video so you will have to cut and paste to see) I don't think this is how a BRAND NEW washer should sound. As you can see, it is shaking and making a very loud clanking noise. So far, Plesser's has refused to take it back. It has been a week and they still haven't even sent anyone out to look at it--even though we have sent them the video. I dearly wish I had read some of the other reviews of this place before I chose to do business with them.

I had never bought appliances online before, so I was a little skeptical about it. I talked with the sales manager and he was very good at recommending various products, and steering me away from some that he thought were inferior. The company itself does not charge sales tax, which would have cost us an additional 6.25% had we bought them locally. They also ship for free, that was a huge plus; we had them delivered right to our house for nothing and were delivered on the day they were supposed to be. They were very easy to work with and their follow up was very good.

Can't say enough good things about Plesser's, and it is a refreshing experience to deal with a non-big box operation.  Called them about a new dishwasher, and the sales person walked me through the differences of the 2 models I was considering.  She was patient and provided great information.  Once we priced everything out, I mentioned that I got a lower price from another supplier, and she happily met me in the middle without any hesitation.
Received a call day before install, then again when the team was about 30 minutes out.  The entire process was painless and the guys (Nelson and Tim) were excellent, by far and away the best team I've met thus far.  In fact, the experience was so good that Plesser's will get my entire appliance business as I continue to remodel and renovate my home.
The prices were extremely competitive over many of the other options, but frankly, even if they were slightly more expensive, I will still go with them just for the smooth start to finish process.  Peace of mind is worth infinitely more than saving a couple hundred dollars off a high ticket item.
