Founded in 1919 by Sam Plesser, one of America's oldest appliance stores is still going strong, while scores of competitors have gone out of business. Received a call day before install, then again when the team was about 30 minutes out. The entire process was painless and the guys (Nelson and Tim) were excellent, by far and away the best team I've met thus far. In fact, the experience was so good that Plesser's will get my entire appliance business as I continue to remodel and renovate my home.
The prices were extremely competitive over many of the other options, but frankly, even if they were slightly more expensive, I will still go with them just for the smooth start to finish process. Peace of mind is worth infinitely more than saving a couple hundred dollars off a high ticket item.
