Patriot Home Services

We scheduled a call wih Patriot Home Services out of Essex, Mass, over the phone. Set up a firm apporntment, had it confirmed the day before. My wife stayed a home all day waiting and no one showed up, no one would retrun her phone calls, and to this day no one will return our calls. BUT.....Two weeks later, their phone solicitor caled again to solicit business from us and when my wife startng inquiring about the last scheduled call, the woman became beligerant startng yelling expeletive deletives at her, called her names including dropping the f bomb, and then hung up. I could hear the coversation and the woman from Patriot ranting before she hung up. I have never expereinced such unprofessional customer service. I joined Angie's list solely to rate this company.
