Master's Hand Remodeling has been my go-to contracting firm for my Webster Groves rehab for the last 2+ years. Dale Rose, who is the owner and main workman, has been remodeling, building and repairing homes since he was in his teens. Now, 50 years later, he has half a century of experience, and knows just about anything there is to know about a house, inside and out. He has remodeled my kitchen from scratch, built a rear addition onto my home, repaired windows, installed a gas chimney, patched my hardwood floors, installed a TV antenna, repaired plumbing & electrical, rebuilt my porch columns, put in an invisible pet fence, built my garden arches, repaired furniture... I could go on and on... The bottom line is: I don't bother calling anyone else but Dale. He will do the job better than anyone, at a fairer price, and with a sunny smile to boot. He is the most reliable contractor I have ever worked with--and I have been renovating properties for 30+ years.
