Prompt, professional, well-spoken and friendly. Came out right away to quote the job and was ready to help if it was an urgent matter with time to secure our home. He was familiar with our garage door choice. Did a great job and we were relieved we didn't try to do it ourselves. Tom was absolutely helpful with his advice. I received a written estimate with the exact terms discussed. I had a garage door replaced and a garage door opener installed. He was neat and meticulous! He finished the job the same day despite having problems with his truck. True to his word he can back a few days later and took away the old garage door! I highly recommend Tom and Celtic Craft Garage Door!!!!

Had several cos. spec out the job (repair intermittent garage door opening). One said my whole installation was defective and quoted - replacement of springs, wires, etc. for $1100, add replacement motor for total of $2500. Paul came in, carefully looked over whole assembly' and said the 20+ year old motor was shot, everything else was OK, and replaced the motor assembly for less than $600. Excellent job, explained everything, and now runs quieter, smoother, and well. Excellent job. Highly recommended!!
