System and service are ok. Monthly monitoring price very good. My problem is that you sign a 5 year contract with them. Yes, 5 years. They can raise the monthly rate 9% a year and you can do nothing. You can move to another state...and still they want their monthly fee for the remainder of your 5 year contract!

They purchased my account from another company. They denied knowledge of my systems code which created unnecessary expense for my additional needs.
