I worked with Mike, who was a really nice guy?.no pressure. He was very informative and explained the process. When I made the decision to do the job, he got me in right away. They came on a Sat. bc I work and that was most convenient. A lot of workers showed up and the roof was started and completed in one day. The only down side (not their fault) was that ALL the plywood on theroof, under the shingles, was rotted. That meant that all the plywood had to be replaced and the job became more costly. They couldn't know that until they ripped off the 2 layers of shingles. They did repairs to my chimney and replaced some gutters. I would definitely recommend this company if you need your roof done.

John is by far, the most organized, knowledgeable and professional contractor you will meet. He met with my husband and I on several occasions giving us great direction and detailed information. I would absolutely recommend working with John and his team on any small or large project.

Everything went exceptionally well. Work was started and completed in a timely matter. Workers were here when they said they would be and were skilled, courteous, and professional in every way. The contractor himself spent considerable time with us in looking over samples and discussing the design of the deck, and we appreciated his knowledge and expertise in helping us make decisions. Finally, workers cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work and after the job was completed.

It was expensive and I feel it would have been cheaper else ware. He brought us numerous samples of decking and railing which was nice, but the labor was a bit more expensive. I'm sure we could have done it cheaper, but I'm not sure by how much.

This roofer showed up two days after I called them. Roofers are not easy to come by in this local area, especially if you have a smaller job for them. The roofing companies I spoke to all wanted the larger jobs where they would make more money so this guy really impressed me when he was ready to do the work a mere two days after I called him. That was some excellent response time he had. I also care to mention, the work he did was fantastic. When you talk about this company you are talking about a great business. That's the bottom line.

John Brueckner took extra care to make sure all windows were measured and ordered correctly and was great with answering any questions that I had. The guys who did the installation did an excellent job, cleaned up after each day of work, and were polite. I can't say enough good things about Kristi, who answered all of my calls to the office, got answers for me, and set up appointments. She was always extremely helpful, friendly, and patient during this very big job that required lots of planning.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF BUILDING THE ROOM ADDITION ONTO MY HOME. I HAVE WON AWARDS ON HOW WELL MY HOME LOOKS. I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THE JOB THIS COMPANY DID.
