this company was told we had about $200 to fix the pump and it cost $213. i called anothet provider , who told me the same service should have cost 1/2 the price. i will never use new way again

Id say they're very good. The technicians are very knowledgeable, they are very courteous and kind, and clean up after themselves. The whole company is very good.

New Way installed our furnace and hot water heater many years ago and has done our plumbing for 40 years. My husband has dealt with them through church and they always do good work on the large furnace there. It is a good local company that people trust.
