This review is specifically for the Lakeland Equipment branch on Route 31F in Macedon.
The pickup was on time, and I got a call back within 4 hours that they had fixed it! It was delivered back to us the next day. Considering the weather, we were thrilled with the quick turnaround.
We purchased our John Deere lawnmower from these same folks 10 years ago, and have had it in for service and/or bought parts from them over the years. Very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to deal with.
