Hired them based on recommendations and was pleasantly surprised. Melissa was such a big help with remodeling a 40 year old kitchen. They were here to do the job everyday until it was finished. The crew were all great. They did their job and did extra to help an old lady with little things not in their job description, I am sure. Jason was here to answer any questions I might have had. I was so glad that I chose them to do the job. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have worked with many contractors in our 30+ years of home ownership. The experience that we have had with â J Reid Renovationsâ has been the best by far. They were very professional from the design/planning phase and procurement of supplies and special decking components to the construction and cleanup phase. The team was on-site ahead of schedule. They were very respectful of the neighborâ s surroundings. All steps of the construction phase were thoroughly thought out and executed. They displayed an attention to detail and safety that canâ t be replicated. We havenâ t had anything but positive comments from the neighbors and even people stopping while driving by. We love our deck.

The Reid's are great people to work with. They arrived bright and early on the day expexted AND returned the next day to finish the job. Jason replaced an existing step and repaired the corner of the existing deck. He took care to try and solve a drainage issue which was part of the reason for our problem. The new step and railing will probably outlast the rest of the deck. He also designed a little flair into the step for visual interest. He had his crew vaccuum the grass around the worksite for excess sawdust and wood scraps. They left my backyard as clean as before they arrived. They are a great family business who take pride in their work and are fun to work with. I can't wait to have another project for them. We've had several different projects in the past and had bad experiences with other contractors. It's refreshing to find good people to work with.

My husband and I decided to go all-in and get new siding, a new roof and gutters, all new windows, new entry and storm doors as well as a new ceiling with lighting on the front porch, a new ceiling with lighting at the back entryway as well as a private area at the back entryway. We could not be happier with the outcome!! It is stunning! J. Reid Renovations did a most superb job! They are very professional, dependable, and knowledgeable. Jason, Melissa, and their crew do outstanding work and are so great to work with and very personable! We are already looking into booking them for next year to start renovations on the inside!! We can not wait!
