Ugh. Well, in order to get to the part that needed to be fixed some other parts needed to be removed. In the process they broke part of our exhaust system. They claimed the pipe was already partially broken so they refused to fix the problem. I took it to my favorite garage (J and L Auto) and he told me it was unsafe to drive! In addition, the Ford garage told me that my struts were probably bad and it would cost several hundred dollars to fix. Earl, at J and L found that it was really just a defective tire. The waiting room has a nice children's area, but I wouldn't trust them with my car!

Excellent! when i got back in my car, they had put plastic on the seats to protect from grease, and there was a paper floor mat to protect the carpet mats. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
