Mr . Dillon is an excellent inspector. He came highly recommended and he was amazing - detail oriented, accommodating, thorough, friendly. I could tell integrity was a priority for Bill, as it should be in this industry. My wife and I were very pleased and his inspection helped us tremendously in the home buying process.

Bill was excellent! He was very thorough and honest in his inspection. His recommendations got the seller to replace the aging roof before my closing. I was very pleased. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs their home inspected.
