 + -1 moreThey are very flexible and accomodating. My sister had hired Upstate Party Rental for her son's graduation party in 2012. The crew that set up and took down was so convenient, efficient and professionally done. Upstate Party Rental, Inc. is so reasonable in price. Mr. Wood is very family oriented and has the old-fashioned attitude of a strong work ethic as well as having customer satisfaction a priority.
Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon for Upstate Party Rental. Scheduled an event for July of 2012. Had to cancel the event several months prior to event due to guest of honor's health issues. Called Mikeal Wood to see what could be done due to the fact the groupon would expire at the end of 2012. Mr. Wood was so accomodating and sympathetic, and extended the expiration date for another year. Scheduled an event for this August, but had to change the date by a day. Again, he accomodated our needs.
