replacement windows
 + -1 moreHe has $81 of mine, the charge for an estimate, and has not done a thing to get me an estimate in two weeks. Giving him any money upfront was a huge mistake. Using him would be a bigger one. Do not use this contractor!
Description of Work: Bob Hurd of "Team Install" was recommended to do some window replacement at my house on Marvin Windows, but the Marvin dealer in Cortland, NY. He has a $75 fee to even show up to do an estimate, which after taxes is $81. I am kicking myself for paying for this! He was here 2 weeks ago, and I have a few windows that need glazing- there is moisture between the panes. I have emailed and asked, "How bout that estimate?" and gotten nowhere. I would suggest that nobody fall into this trap and give him a cent until the work is completed, ever. But don't use him.
