Suburban Propane

The price is $1.87 a gallon. We're under contract with them. We have underground tanks. We have long snowy winters here in New York. They're huge. They are all over the east coast. This is a special circumstance because we are at the end of a very snowy road with a 300 foot driveway that climbs 80 vertical feet in that 300. It takes somebody with nerves of steel to get a big truck up here. Because I do so much volume, I get a very good price. They're a huge outfit, I mean massive. The propane market is so liquid and fluid, I am always looking for the most inexpensive way to get propane. We're talking about a 35 year relationship. They installed our atmospheric boiler up here 25 years ago. It's been a really good unit.
