They filled our tank

Was told they would be there between 8-10 and came at 9:30. New tank was installed but was never turned on so my furnace was not working. Driver had to go to an emergency and did not stay to make sure it was running. Also disappointing I did not receive a discount on the first tank fill up being a new customer. Staff on phone was very polite and helpful when I called next day. Good customer service on that end.

Detailed & clear estimate. All things explained wells install tear was very dedicated to doing a good job.

Very well. They worked very hard and put in a very long day to install quickly.

Pretty straight forward. Removed old unit. Installed new unit. Made it work.

Arrived out time (full crew) worked well together very polite finished in 6 hrs.

I had used this company in years past, but it appears since it came under new ownership the service has declined in the last few years I used them.My last interactions with them a worker came out he didn't get the nozzle on correctly on the furnace correctly and oil spread out all over the floor and the wall. I decided not to report them due to my previous experiences to be nice. A nice young man came out for a no heat call at night, I told him what I thought was wrong with furnace. He said he could not find anything wrong despite getting to the furnace. What I suggested  may of been wrong and it was disregarded, and later told the owner we were nasty with them. The owner wouldn't send anyone out for a emergency at all when it went out again .We later went with another service and it turned out what I believed what was wrong with furnace was correct. Due to E&V energy not doing their job correctly and not listening to me it the expenses for fixing it were far above what they should have been.

Saler engineer under estimated amount of time. boiler was operating within 2 days. Water heater installed a little later all went well

Initially during AC season, everything was great. When we had a cool spell and wanted the heat, we kept getting A/C and no heat The technican came within a few hours and found the system had been configured with the AC as a heat pump, where it was not. A simple fix and he was on his way and the system has been working very well so far. The company and its techs are very professional and responsive. They offer a and quot;Cluband quot; payment plan where you pay flat monthly rate and all service is covered. Easy to deal with and would recommend them.

The install went great! Techs were on time and very professional. I have yet to use the furnace, but am very confident in the product.

Henry W. was very knowledgeable in installing the unit outside the house. John V. did electrical work with Matt as a helper.

2 service techs, showed on time, performed work, had questions on where to put tank and lines-made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving.  Cleaned up everything.  Very courteous.

The men arrived at 9:10 am and left all installed at 1:45 pm.

They were above excellent! We worked with them since 1998. They were always prompt, professional, and were great to work with.
