I have used them for several years and have always been pleased with their service and products.

My grandparents and parents have used this florist probably since they began in business. When my uncle passed a few weeks ago, my florist in Florida wired my order of a basket of flowers for his funeral. I guess they weren't expecting that I would also be attending the funeral and would see the pathetic vase of flowers that were sent instead. I phoned two days later and spoke with Jessica. She admitted that she had substituted a vase for a basket but insisted the value was equal or more than what I ordered. I find that hard to believe. I saw the flowers. They ended up at my aunt's house only to start dying on day 3. Jessica finally said that she wanted to "make things right" and offered to send an additional arrangement to my aunt with a note stating there had been a mixup on the original arrangement. My aunt never got the flowers. Cosentinos gets an F for customer service, an F for quality and should be ashamed of how they treat long time customers.
