It went awesome!! Tim is so friendly and so easy to work with. Most of all he is trustworthy! He does an impeccable job and makes sure that you are completely satisfied before he completes the job! This is the second job I have had him do and I will definitely be calling him again! Highly recommend him ??

We had 10 windows replaced. Tim did a great job. You can trust him. He does what he says he will. (He even took the time to give me a lesson; he showed me how easy it is to clean these new windows as I was not familiar with how to open and lower the top section.) Additionally, the windows are high quality and the price was better than everyone else's we checked.

On time, very good natured and respectful, accommodated our schedules perfectly, fast and thorough work, great clean up, great price. This was by far one of the easiest, hassle free experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Thank you, Big Tim!

Big Tim and his helper were easy to work with. He answered all my questions, and all my phone calls. He arrived on time and finished when he said he would. This is the kind of person I like dealing with. Not always easy to find.

Tim is very professional and communicates well on the job and before. I was worried about the windows being in on time given the weather and they arrived as Tim promised. He also went out of his way to find a different mfg for the windows I really wanted and helped matched trim to the outside of my house. He insulated the windows very well and cleaned up everything. This was a pretty big job and I have other windows that are old. I will look to hire Tim in the future.

I hired Tim because of the other glowing reviews he got on here, but I honestly can’t see how it’s possible. The job he did on my door frame is awful. Some of the poorest workmanship I have ever seen. First off, 7 hours for a door frame and storm door install, and that was with him needing to call in back up because he didn’t know how to install the storm door. When he installed the new frame, he literally used old weather seals, along with the new ones that came with the frame, from my old door because the new ones didn’t seal enough, and when I say old seals, he cut them and used one for the top of the door and HALF way down one side. This made my door so tight that I couldn’t latch the deadbolt without putting a bunch of pressure on the door, too much for my daughter to even get the door open. When I removed the extra seals, the door sealed and shut fine, except for the large gap in the upper left hand corner of the door that is wide enough to let light in. Not really something you want during a CNY winter. Not to mention that the door is sitting crooked in the frame, which is the reason for the gap. The caulking was atrocious. No attempt to even make it look professional and neat in any way. Just slathered on all over the place in wide uneven streaks. I actually had to ask him to caulk a couple places that he missed, and there are even a few spots that he didn’t even completely caulk right that still have openings or holes that he didn’t completely seal. I had to go behind him and use paint to try and even out the caulk lines to make it look halfway decent. He broke a piece of my inside door moulding and smeared caulk all over it to get it to stick back together, smearing caulk all over the top of the moulding strip in the process, and didn’t even try to wipe it off. He attached the moulding together at the top with caulk and smeared it all over both sides. The only part that went semi-ok was the storm door install and that was because he had another guy come do it for him. He even reused an old piece of trim on the outside with screw holes all down the front of it. I didn’t even get all new materials. He obviously had no idea what he was doing. That was just the job part. He left trash behind, left my inside and outside entryway a complete mess, left clumps of caulk all over my freshly painted front step (which I have to repaint yet again now because of this) and new walkway, walked through my mulch while almost stepping on my wife’s plants, and ruined my front entry outside welcome mat by smearing caulk all over it, and it was not a cheap mat either. He also got caulk on my inside floor mat. He just walked through clumps of it and stepped all over everything with it on the bottom of his shoes and didn’t even bother to try and clean it up. This guy had zero respect for my property and zero knowledge on how to complete this job properly. I’m insanely upset about this as this something I have been wanting to get done for a long time and I can’t even enjoy it. $750 down the toilet as now I have to have someone come and fix his screwup and shell out more money for the same project. Live and learn. You get what you pay for. I will only hire professional companies and pay out the nose from now on because apparently, it’s the only way to get a quality job.

"To start I'm terribly sorry this is how you describe the way the project went. I do my utmost to respect people's property and do a professional Job. As many of my customers will attest to. I do know that your project did not go as smoothly as I would expect. Your desire to change just the frame instead of the complete unit, presented unforseen difficulties. Most easily explained by comparing it to buying something "generic" or "aftermarket". You can get it to serve it's purpose but is not as good as the Original, or is this case if you were to buy a new door with frame unit. As for calling In backup on storm door, yes you bought a storm door I was unfamiliar with so I asked for help. I find this to be a great "tool" I have, many people I can lean on if I run into something I have not seen before. It takes years and years to gain all the knowledge needed, I have most of the needed knowledge but am not afraid to seek more. I am baffled at what you have written describing the work. At the end of the job. You send me on my way, paying me in full with no complaint. I have offered to come and take care of any problems you may have. I have offered to repaint your stairs. I offered to buy new welcome mat's in and out. You have responded by saying you want a full refund, in turn you will remove the bad review. I don't find that fair. I did the original work and am willing to fix any problems you have. That offer will remain on the table. I wish you and your family the best. Please let me know if I can come resolve these issues."

Tim was fantastic to work with! I am really pleased with the results and that he could fit me in so quickly. I found Tim to be quite responsive to inquiries and questions and he stays in excellent communication throughout the job. His extensive experience is especially apparent in his ability to troubleshoot when unexpected issues show up. The quality of his work is stellar and the care he puts into the project is evident. On top of that, he's a very nice guy!

Everything went well. Tim worked with my schedule and was even there on Saturday due to us not being able to be available for him to be there during the week. We have an older home he ran into some struggles but he made sure the job was done and it looked great!!
