It appeared that the movers had another big job to do and did not bother to return my call or cancel the mover with me directly. The movers are very unprofessional and I was very disappointed with their way of handling customers.
Description of Work: Talked to the mover on the phone and confirmed the price and moving date/time. When called 2-day before the move, the mover did not answer or return calls. Finally, the movers did not show up on the date of moving.

There is no central office and you deal directly with the mover himself. That has pluses and minuses; he was very flexible and we could change plans a couple of times. I was provided with formal paperwork after the move but I would have preferred it at the time of payment. He is a very decent and honest fellow to deal with.

The move went very smoothly and they were very professional. They arrived on time and worked efficiently untill the job was complete.
Description of Work: He and his crew loaded a moving truck for me and followed me to a storage unit and unloaded.
