It appeared that the movers had another big job to do and did not bother to return my call or cancel the mover with me directly. The movers are very unprofessional and I was very disappointed with their way of handling customers.

Moving
There is no central office and you deal directly with the mover himself. That has pluses and minuses; he was very flexible and we could change plans a couple of times. I was provided with formal paperwork after the move but I would have preferred it at the time of payment. He is a very decent and honest fellow to deal with.
