Bathtub and Tile Refinishing

John Ring, the owner of the company did the whole job himself. He is the most trustworthy person and so invested in the client's, and his own, satisfaction with the end result of his work. He gave me a special rate, because I had two bathtubs. My job turned out to be significantly bigger than it seemed to be on the phone. I had just bought the house, and the tubs were very chipped and the paint was peeling off. I asked John to enamel over bathroom wall tiles as well, and even to paint my kitchen sink ( which painters had discolored by washing their brushes in the sink). Now the bathtubs, tiles and sink are all beautiful, and good as new. Usually John can do both tubs in a day, but mine were in such disrepair, and along with the added requests that I made, it took three days ( still an incredibly quick completion for the extent of work and the perfectness of the result). And he never made me feel as if I was asking too much. I felt that I was, and offered to pay more because of my added demands. But John stood by the price he gave upon his initial estimate despite the added work that he took on, as if I was not imposing in the least! He was so invested in doing a great job, and he did! I feel so lucky to have discovered his ad in a local paper. I have a new home, and have hired highly recommended professionals to do other jobs. Nobody else showed so great of a work ethic and sincere concern for the customer's satisfaction.
