They are known for not advertising and they pretty much build their business by word of mouth. They are really good. They are going to come out today. They do residential and commercial work. They usually do new construction, but they are trying to get more residential work since construction is kind of slowing down. They are very professional and they clean up after their job very well. The guys that they send over are very nice and pleasant to deal with. They seem to be a very honest company. They haven?t billed me yet for the last service. They charge by the hour. They basically send you an invoice since they have a word of mouth referral and that?s one of the nicest things. They will give you a ballpark quote over the phone. They are very transparent about their waits and charges. They just send you a bill, which is great. There were never any surprises in the past too. I never got any bill and wondered as to what it was for. So I am not worried about it. Plumbers are expensive, but the price charged by Tilos Plumbing & Heating Corporation is reasonable or average. They are pretty much competitive.
