Home Building
Sagewood Restoration walked out on the project before it was finished. He was paid for more work than he completed. He never had a foreman on the job and the head carpenter needed to redo things a number of times due to his inablilty to read architectural plans. His number of workmen dwindled as the job went on. Some of his guys were very good at what they did but in the end. Not one of the workers on site were at all fluent in English enough to communicate. I am now filing a complaint with the dept of Consumer Affairs and proceeding with Arbitration as per our contract. He seemed like a very trustworthy guy at the beginning but in the end, he screwed me over leaving me with a half finished businesss.
