Masterpiece Construction (Dennis Augustatos and his team) recently completed a near total renovation of the interior of our house in Queens, NY. This renovation included a total kitchen makeover, repair of large cracks in walls, bathroom updates, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and many other touches. The Masterpiece team worked quickly, carefully and meticulously to complete the entire project in a little over 2 ½ months. This included several ?add-ons? based on unexpected problems due to the house's age and some last minute add-on requests we made. Dennis was always reachable and returned my calls promptly. He was highly accessible and went out of his way to accommodate me on meeting times, working around my schedule. His team was able to answer many of my questions and provide informed options on various issues encountered along the renovation process. The entire time the team demonstrated experienced competence and flexibility in moving the project forward toward completion. Most importantly, I appreciated that they really understood my desires and wanted very much to turn my ideas and dreams into reality of the completed work. This included retaining some unique architectural features of our 90 year old home. In the final stages, when I noted to Dennis several small ?touch up? areas to address, Dennis and his crew quickly and graciously completed the items requiring some final adjustment. I am thoroughly pleased with the work performed by Dennis and his team from Masterpiece Construction and would reach out to Masterpiece in the future for any other large house projects, or recommend him to others. In short, a big job, efficiently and professionally done in a timely fashion.
