Lithos Marble Works Inc.

I went to their office in Astoria without an appointment, and I explained what I wanted for a granite countertop (I brought in a schematic of the kitchen with the dimensions).  A couple of days later, I received a call from the office with directions to go to a stone yard to look at slabs of granite in order to get a price.  I picked out a slab over the weekend, and I called back the following Monday to get a price; it took them a while to get the information from the stone yard, but I did eventually get a price quote later that day.  The price was very affordable (I had gotten quotes from 2 other companies), so I decided to proceed.  They made an appointment for a late afternoon to measure the counterspace and make a template, but the template person didnn't show up.  When I called the office early the next morning, they said that the template person was held up late at another job and didn't have my phone number wth him to call to tell me that he wouldn't make it.  I was very upset but they assured me that he would be on time for the next appointment.  He was indeed on time for the next appointment, and he did a great job with taking the measurements for the template.  The granite was ready in a couple of days, and was installed very quickly and professionally.  Overall, the service was good and the quality of work (and the price) was excellent.

The Black Absolute Marble that we bought from Lithos was installed by them. It perfectly fit our kitchen. The color, size and installation was perfect.
