After they did the work they told me I had a back up water line.  I would have appreciated if they told me this beforehand and gave me all my options.

AWESOME.parents water heater was leaking carbon monoxide. told paul, the owner. he came to my parents house very next day and repaired the venting system. honest enough to tell us that they did not need a new water heater. very very nice, knowledge, experienced guy. reasonably priced, shows concern for clients!
