Called last night at 7:30pm - left info with answering service - got a call at 9am this morning - repairman was here at 10am to fix . replaced 2 springs - tech was pleasant and punctual .

The representative of this company was very open and honest. They immediately responded to my service call and were very attentive. They got the work done fast (within 1 day) at a reasonable price for the work requested. Would strongly recommend this company.

The job went smoothly. I was notified when the technicians were on their way. They were on time and when the job was finished, gave detailed instructions on how to operate the door. They took away the old door and left the site clean. Very satisfied.

We had called many garage providers, and they said they couldn't do anything. He was the only one who thought outside of the box to get the job done. Took molding away and put insulation on it. No one else could come up with a solution, and he did.

Very prompt and courteous. Fixed the problems, and gave us a can of spray lubricant.

I bought an Angies List "big deal" for a garage door tune up. George from L&L did an excellent job. My main reason for getting this deal was i noticed my door wasn't opening and closing well. It required a lot of effort. George explained that I may want to go for a replacement at some point given the door was the origiinal, so very old. He didn't push very hard (i assumed there would be some upsell pitch), but gave me the info i needed , which i appreciated. After that he got to work lubricating the door, and replacing some rollers. he later told me he found the issue; a bad pulley -- he promptly replaced it, and the door was opening and closing like new. He also gave me some pointers to keep it well maintained by explaining what parts needed to be kept clean and oiled. Great job by L&L and George. he was punctual, professional, friendly, and did exactly what I needed.

Mordi came promptly as scheduled with an assistant. They were friendly and professional. They replaced the broken cable and pulley as well as the cable on the other side plus the safety cables. They also checked that the springs were properly tensioned. The door now goes up and down silently without any lateral movement. The interior garage door button also did not work and they found a broken wire and spliced it. The whole operation took maybe 25 minutes. Mordi even gave me a can of spray lubricant to lube the tracks and wheels. It's rare to find a contractor who is honest, diligent and takes pride in getting the job done well. I have extensive experience spanning 20 years doing major renovations and dealing with contractors. Of all of them, I could only recommend a few. I now add L&L to that short list. Highly and unconditionally recommended.

Very well. It turns out that the tech who came, was the same person who installed the motor 12 years ago. He lubed the track and changed the springs and made other adjustments as necessary. I am no longer waking my entire block when the door opens and closes. Operates smoothly and with little noise. Very happy with the results!

Garage door was not opening properly, stopping partially and making a lot of noise. Called L&L and they had representative come that day. George diagnosed problem as worn wheels on the track, replaced them and checked door for any other issues. Door has worked correctly since!

It went very well. The L&L representative called before coming. Arrived promptly and at the early part of the time window I was given. L&L was very patient with my having to reschedule 3 times. The representative was pleasant and helpful. Garage repairs were done quickly, and my door now works reliably.

I went with L & L because of all the positive reviews. An installer George assessed the condition of my 20+ plus year old garage door and system and provided several cost options from replacement of door opener to complete replacement of all parts and framing. The cost was a bit higher than expected but given the worn and sorry state of my whole system (and sore back from manually opening door) I choose to replace everything. The new door took about six weeks to manufacturer. The two man crew was very polite and professional. The entire job took 5 hours to complete and it is immaculate. Compared to my old noisy system it felt like I just entered the 21st century. It opens and closes gently with a whisper of sound. They gave me a tutorial on the door opener including use of the keypad and safety handles. They hauled away all the old parts and left the site spotless. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and only wish I had contracted L& L sooner. One minor criticism to note for my B Responsiveness Grade. I did not receive a call from main office to notify me my door was ready. I called several times during regular business hours and kept reaching the answering service. Although they were very polite and took my information they had no knowledge Denise was on vacation so I received no callbacks. Fortunately I took down the mobile number of installers and they were helpful. Denise did eventually return my call and apologized for the mix-up.

They showed up on time, explained everything very thoroughly and were very helpful. I was very happy with the service!

Once we got an appointment date settled, they were very prompt and efficient. They performed the work as offered in the coupon. We were very happy with the service and would use they again.

They were totally excellent. They charged me $1450 for a $1500-job because they took off the $50 Angie's List discount. They were amazing. They were easy to schedule. They were easy to reach. They were wonderful. Overall, they were absolutely A+.

I noticed that there were a few screws holding the garage up door up to the ceiling were loose and being pulled away from the ceiling. I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for a garage door tune up (since one hadn't been done in a while) and also wanted to bring up the loose screws when the repair person came. I tried to schedule online via Angie's list but that was a little bumpy as Denise proposed a time but I didn't get back to her in time to confirm so I missed the first appointment. Scheduling over the phone was much easier and she was able to schedule us in the next few days. The repair person came right in the middle of the scheduled window and I showed him the problem areas (a hinge also broke yesterday!). He was able to repair the hinge and secure the garage door back to the ceiling. He replaced the rollers and applied some oil to tracks. He was in and out very quickly. He was also very professional, courteous and nice to talk to. I just wish I got his name.
