 + -1 moreThe owner Mohammed Arshad and his colleague were professional and very nice. They showed up promptly, but did not give me an estimate for the work they would be doing. Mr. Arshad left and let his colleague do the work by himself, and then returned after about five hours and asked for $1,700. I paid him because it's my fault I didn't ask for an estimate, but this price seems extraordinarily high for the small amount of materials used and work done. I will never use his service again because his prices are way too expensive.
Description of Work: Unclogged one rain gutter (beer can and some leaves), installed wire mesh over four gutter openings (each opening approx. 5 inches square), glued down existing black rubber roof sheeting in corners and along the edges, painted rubber sheeting silver (roof area approx. 1,300 square feet). Total work time was about five hours.
