The plumber was promt, professional and polite. The work was completed quickly. I definitely would call again.

repaired broken steam riser but made what was a simple job outrageously big, messy.  Overcharged us but a great deal and when confronted about it showed his true colors . . . he's a ****.  Shame of it is that he is quite nice but he used that charm to really do a number on me.  I let him so blame is clearly also on me but he did a bad thing, bad work and he's not to be trusted.

We were puzzling as to how to make this work, since the Python is threaded for a standard faucet, and our newly remodeled kitchen has a pull-down spout. Justin came up with a creative solution that will work great!
This is the 4th time we have called on Justin for plumbing issues. He fixed our old boiler issues, and installed a manual feed bypass. He also fixed our old (I mean really old - the kind that's outside the tub) bathtub drain system and snaked the slow drain. 
He's prompt, polite, and cleans up after himself. His work has been of the highest quality. Will call him again for any future plumbing needs.
