My experience...Javier came to give me an estimate. We agreed to a date and price. Javier indicated a 2 hour time frame. I was immediately suspicious when he showed up without a ladder but I figured professionals know what they need. After 1 hour he said he was finished. I was confused because Javier indicated he had put 2 coats in 1 hour. The job did not look good but Javier said I should wait and see if after the paint dried it looked better. He said if I was still dissatisfied he would come back to fix any issues. I paid in full. I waited as instructed then requested a second coat of paint. We arranged a date for his return and I have not heard from Javier since. I requested a refund of 50% of the money I paid since he did 50% of the work. Still no word from Javier or anyone from J & J.
