Description of Work: We met with Manolis Grilakis and his team about some renovations to our apartment - French doors to a room adjoining our living room, a washer/dryer hook up and installation and to open up a fireplace that a prevous owner had covered up. With 10' ceilings, they advised us on the doors, and using 90" doors instead of normal size with a transom. Once the fireplace was exposed, he designed a finished firebox and mantle that we thought was perfect to our taste. We lived in the apartment while all this work was being done over two months. His crew was very respectful of our privacy and our belongings, very professional, and extraordinarily neat. The finished product is spectacular - beyond our expectations, that we feel has increased the value of the apartment by at least $100,000. We have nothing but praise for Manolis and his "foreman" Guillermo for the work they did, the attention to detail, the striving for perfection. Pictures to be posted. Actual cost was commensurate with the work done and I care not to share it.

 + 0 moreIndigo Blue contacted us to create a mural for a large wall (23ft x 11ft) at Bar 515 in Manhattan, NY. The creative team at Indigo provided us with excellent art direction and worked closely with us throughout the process. After we completed the mural on canvas we used their service and expertise to install the artwork. We were proud to be chosen Indigo Blue as a part of their interior design for the bar and would work with them again.
Description of Work: Indigo Blue was the general contractor for a mural project we completed at Bar 515 in Manhattan, NY.

 + -1 moreThis company may do great work at a fair price when it decides to take on a job, but they wasted my time and could not deign to provide me with the simple courtesy of returning calls and showing up for appointments.
Description of Work: Indigo Blue came to my house and spent a half-hour looking at the job. They told me they would have their ventilation subcontractor call me. No call came. I called Indigo Blue and left a message. The ventilation person then called and made an appointment for a specific date and time for him to look at the work. He did not show. I then tried several times to reach Indigo Blue, leaving messages each time. My calls were not returned.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DOES A TERRIFIC JOB. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS TOP NOTCH. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY, PROFESSIONAL AND THE OWNER IS A HANDS-ON TYPE OF WORKER. THEY ARE A REASONABLY PRICED COMPANY TOO.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED MY ENTIRE HOME. THEY REPLACED FLOORING, PAINTED AND EVEN DID SOME ELECTRICAL WORK FOR ME.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE AN EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY CREATIVE. THEY MADE SURE THAT WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE DESIGN. EVERYTHING WAS DONE EXACTLY AS WE WANTED IT TO BE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
