He is good by himself but his helpers are not good.  I had renovations done and he had to come back because his helper put a pipe the wrong way.  I also had problems with my furnace and his helper put something wrong and the furnace stopped working in the middle of winter.  He does not supervise his helpers them enough because the problem around here is that there?s a few number of plumbers and there?s a lot of work so they can pretty much choose who they want to work for.      

The furnace had a problem.  There was once when I met him on the street and he said that he is coming tomorrow to fix the problem but he never came.  I will try to find someone else in the future if I can.
