We called at 3:15pm and were told that they would arrive between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. They showed up at 6:00pm which was great. Tony and Andy were very professional and explained exactly what needed to happen and what it would cost before performing the services. They cleaned our drains for our bathroom sink and our bathtub and made sure the drain was functioning again. They cleaned up and put everything back the way they found it. Great service! I will certainly call them again if I have any other problem in the future. Cost per drain was $175 plus tax.

These guys are great! They came immediately and showed me the roots in the sewer line as they used a camera to see what the problem was. They quoted me the pricing and immediately did the work and cleaned up the mess in the basement after they were done, Highly recommend!

A lot of companies say that they are 24 hours but most of them don't
really pick up the phone after a certain time. So when empire answered
my call at 10pm when i had a problem with my drain line, you can imagine
how grateful i was. Within about half an hour i had a gentleman by the
name of Wotz at my door. He went over my options for clearing out the
line. I opted for the high velocity water jetting which came with a
great warranty.

We called them via a site that has them named gravesend plumbing for a leaky pipe. We already knew where the leak was when they arrived but needed to find the brass pipe joint. They opened up a small piece of ceiling to find the leak from another angle and did. They said it would be $300 to open up all the way (10') to find the joint and replace the whole pipe. The cut and took down about 8 foot of ceiling before I noticed the joint was right next to the initial cut. No apology for all the extra damage. They then quoted us $2100 to replace about 1 foot of brass pipe at the joints to copper, said it would take the two of them 6 hours. We sent them off and were charged $430 for demo work essentially, 7 more feet than needed. We called another plumber, he came the next day and fixed it solo for $250 in under two hours. Stay away from this company!
