Karim stands by his work, and doesn't rest until the job is done right. I upgraded an outdated system with Empire, and I got straight answers about where I could save by making use of old components, and where it wasn't worth the trouble. The work was done in a professional manner with attention to detail. Karim made sure I knew how to use the new system and all of its features. I highly recommend Empire.

The job was excellent. I have no complaints against him. I am a disable vet, so my review was delayed. He was very quick to responds to my request for the installation Problems are appearing about the install!!! I got no help. The money was wasted. Samsung is stating that there is no problem with there unit and question about the install. I will watch the TV for a 15 minutes than the TV goes blank. I must manually reset the TV. Just recently I began watching Netflix and there is sound at all. This company install a similar TV in my bedroom and that setup is fine, no problems. I am a 100% disable vet, these TV,s are important to me. My wife, of 48 beautiful years died of rare disease, I am now alone in my house, these TV,s are IMPORTED TO ME. I need help from somebody!!!!

I was fortunate to use Empire. Let me first say that I'd use this company again without question and am recommending them to my friends. When we bought our voucher, we quickly heard from Karim, the head of the company. He was able to accommodate our scheduling need in setting up our service appointment. When traffic on the way to us delayed him, he was on the phone to let us know where he was and when his GPS said he would be there. When he arrived with an assistant, they quickly assessed the situation and felt he could do it. He was very professional and had to make some adjustments to the mount and to how it had to be mounted. He did not stop until he had done the work perfectly, cleanly and professionally. Time was not an issue. He gave me all the time it took to get it done right. That's unusual these days, and we should recognize this kind of excellence when we see it. Like I said, if I have any kind of video, audio or other electronic installation, I'm making my first -- and most likely only -- call to Empire.

We've had a very positive experience with Karim and his team. At no cost, he visited our home and provided a consultation that was the basis for his proposal. After we received the proposal, he walked us through the various aspects of the project and worked very seamlessly with us to meet our budget. On the date(s) of installation, he was punctual, and installed our a/v equipment in accordance with the agreed upon plan. Overall, a very good experience and I am quite comfortable recommending Empire.

What a breeze! Karim was great, and easy to schedule with. In fact, he had an opening come up and even came the day before we originally planned. Prior to the installation, we discussed the work extensively and I even sent pictures of the intended site so there would be no surprises. Precision in the placement of the TV was critical due to my space limitations. He came and did the work in expert fashion, concealing the cabling in the wall. Despite needing to work around the odd positioning of the studs, I got exactly what I asked for. Afterward, he cleaned up and it looked like no one had been there! As a plus, Karim is also fluent in Spanish. I would recommend him highly.

Great work at a fair price. Attentive to site-specific needs. Far better than paying the same, or more, to Best Buy to get a less experienced technician with little accountability. While they were here, they even spackled some drill holes I'd made by mistake.

Excellent Karim installed three security cameras for my home. Have access on my TV, iPhone & iPad . The quality of the images is excellent . Had a couple of glitches that were immediately addressed.
