BUDGET TRUCK RENTAL

The experience went OK. The truck broke down on our way, but their roadside service was right there to help us out. The company took ownership for the problem and extended our rental time. When we got to our destination, the computers did not communicate the problem we had with the vehicle, so we had to pay the late fees and was told that we would get a refund after we paid all the fees since the computers did not communicate what we were told by customer service. They instructed what we needed to do to get our fees refunded and received a discount for the problems. Within a week, we got our refund and a discount for renting the truck. The customer service while we were on the road was good, but when we called them to get our refund, they were excellent. The cost does not include the gas for our move. Overall they were very good and we would use them again.
