Excellent! First, I have to say that I was buying paint at Home Depot and hired a local "painter" who gave me a decent price...Ended up, the guy rushed through the job, made a complete disaster out of my apartment and left me worse off than before the job started! Don't hire anyone approaching you at the paint store!!!! I was referred to this contractor through a colleague. He was prompt, friendly, honest and terrific! We had many cracks, dings, scratches, and holes in our pre-war rental. He put together a small crew and even worked with my wife (the expert) on colors and details. We had an old chandelier in the foyer that we wanted to replace with a ceiling fan also. He was able to get a licensed pro in for just that job and it went well, despite the 70year old wiring in the building! His guys worked clean, quiet and respectfully...We had a couple of issues after he was finished and he returned to do touch-ups at no charge!!! I have recommended him to many and have only heard praise!
