I OCCASIONALLY, HAVE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING HOLD OF THEM. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY DID NOT FORCE ME TO BUY A NEW UNIT WHEN IT COULD JUST BE REPAIRED. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME USING THEM AND WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
