At first, I didn't think that what they are putting down will make a difference...it seemed a little too simple but it did work out okay.  They quickly respond and the person who came was very helpful.  It was just odd afterwards; they gave me a choice to either pay a check in cash or to them but it is one thing I wouldn't do...I wouldn't just write down anything to cash even if it means saving me from tax or whatever.  I will probably get them into trouble but....it took them awhile to get me the receipt.

They took care of it. They use an Eco-friendly method, so there's no odor and it's very unobtrusive. They did a very effective job. They were very pleasant people to deal with and they were very prompt and knowledgeable.

They solved the problem and that was good. They're pretty friendly. They didn't quite showed up on time because they had a lot of appointments that day but they solved the problem and that's my concern. There's no harsh chemicals used it was all plant based.

They did a bed bug fortification to keep bed bugs out. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me and all the questions I had.

The representative was slightly late (outside agreed upon time frame), but was professional and did a good job once he arrived. The whole process was quite smooth and swift.

Overall experience was great. They gave me instructions on what to do before they came and so much information and education when the technician got there. Some of the things that impressed me where:
1. The technician called before coming to let me know what time to expect him. Also, great was that they were able to accommodate a late appointment.
2. The technician was discreetly dressed. No logos, no big machine, nothing that said they were there to kill bed bugs. This was great since I live in an apartment building and didn't want to alarm anyone else.
3. I showed the technician the bed bugs I caught and he was able to determine the type and age of the bed bugs. He was very thorough and looked at every nook and cranny while educating me on all aspects of bed bugs.
4. The technician knew how expensive my bed frame was and how throwing it out wasn't an option. He took it apart and thoroughly inspected it and treated it. Fortunately, he found to additional bed bugs no any additional signs of bed bugs which was a huge relief.
5. Before the technician used any product he showed us the ingredients and explained how it worked. He kept in mind that I was 9 months pregnant and had a dog so everything he used wasn't harmful, which was AWESOME!!
6. When all the work was done, the technician took the time to make sure bedroom was exactly how he saw it...minus bed bugs!!
Luckily I didn't have a huge infestation and all turned out great. I will say that this company not only helped me tackle my problem but they helped me understand the issue and what to do moving forward to prevent finding another bed bug. They were awesome and I would recommend to anyone looking for a non-toxic way to get rid of a bed bug problem.

This is a reliable,professional company It was a pleasure doing business with Mike ( technician) and Emma ( dog). They use environmental friendly products that were not toxic to my pets. Wonderful service.

they came the day after i called for info. the guy made an extra stop before mine because i was home all day - but he called to say he would be later than originally expected. he was knowledgeable and did not assume i wanted treatment after his inspection as he didn't find any bedbugs. they used all natural pesticides which was what i was looking for and it didn't smell bad - just strongly cedar. i actually slept in my room that night. all in all - i would recommend them to anyone! they had the best prices and used the most natural pesticides - i felt like they were the only company that wasn't fleecing me and the price was fair.

Overall, the job was good. He was punctual and concerned about helping me with the problem. Most importantly, he fixed the problem. In terms of the price, I have no comparison. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

I like them very much and they use natural products so you don't have to worry about breathing in toxins or anything. They are very knowledgeable and very reasonable priced. They did a very thorough job of making sure they checked everything; they basically dismantled the bed so they could get to every area. They use cedar oil and rosewood oil, and they also put down a fine what powder that eats through their exoskeleton. Everything is non-toxic and pet friendly. The treatment got rid of my roach problem as well so I am very happy. They seemed very honest, and they didn't seem like they were out to make a buck and take advantage of anyone. They offered the best alternative within a price range that I was willing to pay.
