IBM IS A GOOD COMPANY! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 12 YEARS. NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX. THEIR ENTIRE TEAM SEEMS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!

IBM IS A EXCELLENT COMPUTER COMPANY! I HAD I MINOR PROBLEM ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP'S WERE VERY HELPFUL. IT TOOK THEM NO TIME TO FIX MY PROBLEM.

IBM COMPUTERS ARE VERY-WELL WORTH THEIR PRICES. I HAVE HAD MY IBM COMPUTER FOR TWO YEARS NOW. IT LOOKS, AND RUN LIKE IT IS FRESH OUT THE BOX. I WILL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER ONE FOR MY DAUGHTERS GRADUATION.

I'M SURE IT WAS JUST FINE. I DON'T HAVE AN OPINION ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. THEY CAME, THEY FIXED IT, AND THEY LEFT. THEY ARE TYPICALLY VERY EXPENSIVE.
