I called Gleason who had done work for my daughter. Ryan came by and checked out several possibilities. He focused on the valve and replaced the simple piece. Whole job took less than an hour - plus the time to study the situation and buy the piece. We will be doing some renovation in another bathroom and Gleason will be the plumber. Total price 250.00.

Ryan did a great job. We needed work done in the evening as the leak was filling a pot every 20 minutes, not to mention laundry needed doing. He asked for pictures of the problem and let us know when he would arrive. When he got here he walked through what needed to be done. The rate is higher for an evening appointment, which he let us know upfront would be $250/hr plus materials. Great communication, professional and trustworthy - we recommend him in a heartbeat.

Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. His work was clean and efficient. Would certainly hire them again.

This company is a joke. The workers that came out were lazy and liars. I wanted to have a cooper line installed in my kitchen and have my refrigerator's ice line hooked up. I explained this to the woman who i spoke to when I called in. She had originally advised me that it would be a free estimate. When the workers came out they were frustrated and said the job was going to be very difficult because they had to cut a ceiling downstairs in order to run the line. If they would have shown a sincere interest they may have realized that I was willing to pay their asking price because I really wanted the ice line hooked up. Since I saw their lack of interest in such a "difficult" project I thanked them and sent them on their way. A few days later I received a very phone call from the company's nasty receptionist (or whatever she was) stating that I had a bill due of over $200 bucks. She said that the workers told her that I had lots of questions and they stayed here for 1 1/2 hours (not true). Therefore, they needed to be paid for all the time they spent here. Doing what? I told her that there was absolutely no way I would pay that amount since zero (0) work had been done. The woman was very irate and after about 20 minutes of back of worth with this "receptionist" said well we will not charge you and we will never visit your home again. Ummmm OK fine. Your workers are lazy anyway and you are irate. They will reply to my comment leaving some nonsense comment that they have put a spin on I'm sure. But take my advice. Don't use this company. You would be better off finding a plumber who works independently that is licensed or finding another plumbing company. Because this big business was HORRIBLE!

The crew from Gleason were polite, accommodating and professional throughout. Ryan came out and estimated the work and was there for the start of the project. He came onsite mid-way through when I called because of a problem I perceived related to the radiator - he re-assured me that it wasn't a problem and he was right. There were 3 guys on-site for two half days (before and after the kitchen updates). I gave detailed requirements on sink configuration and the waste line for the sink as we needed clearance for under-sink recycling bins - they were happy to accommodate. Clearance was tight for the installation of the new cooktop and they were able to place the gas line exactly where requested. Once finished, Bob requested some stainless steel cleaner so he could clean-up the inevitable mess made after installation. They were also happy to sweep and cleanup any mess they had made. The floor had been recently re-finished and I requested that they leave shoes outside - no problem for them. They were very thorough in testing everything they had done. I will use Gleason plumbing for all my future needs.

Having told me he would go round on the Thursday, he did not go round till the Saturday, and then quoted me $4500. He never responded with my request for a written breakdown of the costs, and in the end I called another plumber who quoted $2000 less, responded and arrived when he said he would, and is also listed on Angies List as an A rated plumber.

They didn't do any work. We didn't move forward with anything. If I didn't go with them it was because of the prices.

He was extremely accommodating on timing and getting here fast. Gave us a heads up as to when he would be here and was right on time. If you need a plumber, hands down these guys are the ones to call.

The first weekend in my new house, I could smell a gas leak in the kitchen. Shutting off the gas valve at the wall behind the stove didn't help. I called Gleason Plumbing, and Ryan was able to come right out. He assessed that the shut-off valve was old and should be replaced, and he was able to replace it in minutes. More than 6 months later, and still no gas smell, so he was correct. I initially thought the price was a little high, but it was plenty fair as far as Westchester weekend service calls go. Ryan was very professional and stuck to everything he told me on the phone. No time-changes or upselling. I have already recommended him to my neighbors, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Our fridge has worked well with no issues since getting the new water line set up. Very professional and on-time service. We've also used him to fix a leaking faucet, move a gas line and replace a sub pump. Gleason Plumbing is our go-to for all plumbing and gas needs!

Ryan Gleason is AMAZING!!!! we messaged - he responded IMMEDIATELY and then called and followed up - we messeged later in the day, he picked up immediately when i called and was 100% available to work around our schedule. He replaced the lever in the bath and the plate and plug pieces that were causing leaks. He was so nice, responsive, knowledable and really good at what he did and was SO fair with the price! fixed a problem we'd had for THREE years in 1 hour!! please use these guys - they are THE BEST in Westchester!!! The Plumber's arrived on time and were very professional. Once the water was shut for our Condo, they were able to do the work in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

Their pricing was a bit high, they charged $200 an hour including the time they needed to get a part. Otherwise they seemed very competent and did a great job.

He was very professional. He replaced a few pieces inside the old faucet without tearing down the wall. It solved the problem. He was conservative and that saved a lot of money. I was very pleased and would use him again.

I called up Ryan early on a weekday morning because my shower was only getting hot water. He asked me to text him pictures of the shower- which is awesome- love to have someone up with the times to take advantage of efficiencies. He then sent two colleagues to my house to resolve the issue. The two plumbers were very kind and worked hard to get to the root of the issue while keeping me informed the entire way. Ultimately, they had to break through my wall to turn on a valve. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but at the same time I'm thrilled that they were able to get to the bottom of the problem and find a resolution. Ryan and his team has earned my business moving forward.

Two gents arrived on time. They were clear, quick and professional. It was way less expensive than we'd imagined... the price included labor and parts. We were thrilled and will use them every time we need a plumber!

They showed up first time as per scheduled appointment. For the first visit the plumbers who came did not seem knowledgeable and were not very much interested in doing any work. They just looked at the problem and made some guesses about the possible reasons for the issues. I told them the issues did not exist at all and only started recently. They did not bother to open anything or do any basic checks like washers being worn out. They told me that the problem is with the size of feeder pipe which supplies hot water into house. They could not tell why the issue started happening suddenly as the boiler pipe is same size for years. They charged me 125$. I was clearly disappointed and emailed Ryan who was very prompt to get back and promised another visit himself next day. Although Ryan sounded much confident than his crew even he did not bother to do any basic checks and proposed couple of expensive solutions. He promised me to send an estimate for single valve replacement which I never received. I had another plumber that I found through Angie's list who came and listened properly to the issue. He had his tools. He opened the mixing unit as well as hot and cold stems. He quickly found the issue which was worn out washers and some cleaning was required. He fixed the entire thing in less than 20 mins. Now the noise is gone and water is mixing well. Very disappointed. I had high expectations based on other positive reviews.

I made an appointment with Ryan to come take a look at a leak in my bathroom to my kitchen. He called me the day of to tell me he was running late, but would come by later. He never came by and I never heard from him again. I called multiple times, no response.

Ryan was very nice and very responsive. I have referred him to friends and would refer him again. So far so good.

Both Ryan and Steven Gleason provided me with excellent service and were very fair, honest and considerate with my concerns. They did all the work in regards to getting all proper permits/agencies involved in order to get service turned back on. I was very pleased with the service they provided me with and all I can say is, "WE NOW HAVE GAS, THANKS TO GLEASON PLUMBING" :) I will be definitely calling Ryan and Steven Gleason for all my plumbing needs in the future.
