Returned my call and accommodated me during busy schedule. It was heat wave and my lawn was dying due to broken sprinkler controller. They replaced a new controller, inspected all sprinkler heads and replaced a broken one. Very professional

This is your sprinkler guy. Joe came with one employee and quickly diagnosed and repaired my sprinkler issues and got me up and running for the season. He also gave me quotes on future work where we would redesign the system to be more effective. We had bought a house with an existing system that was not set up optimally to grow grass, but Joe did everything he could to get what we had working correctly. I'm rarely this impressed with a service provider. If you're looking for sprinklers or need someone to diagnose and repair your system, this is your guy. The price was more than fair for the service provided.

Mr. Joe Gangemi was very professional in his demeanor, presentation and the detailed written estimate.
The person in the office is very pleasant and patient, it was a pleasure to talk to the office and make the necessary arrangements for the installation.
Mr. Gangemi and his crew were punctual and worked without any disruptions. Left everything in tip top shape and we couldn't even see where they had disturbed the lawn. He was ready to explain how the system works but since it was almost time to shut the sprinklers for the winter  and my lawn and plantings don't need water right now, I suggested we wait until the spring to set up the timers.

Great service, knowledgeable, and timely. All at a fair price. Joe was available to inspect the potential job literally an hour after I called and then arrived back the following business day with a crew that worked quickly and professionally under his guidance. Awesome job!

I could not have asked for better service. Joe was a pleasure to deal with. We filed and the office was extremely helpful. I have a large front lawn and the location of all the sprinklers heads provide great coverage. When we do the back of the property I will definitely use Water Pro. Highly recommended.

Joe (the owner) is very professional, punctual and honest.  During his initial visit, he took the time to go over the entire installation process and on-going maintenance.  He had very helpful suggestions.  Their price was the most competitive.  Joe and his team finished the job (on an acre property) in two days.  They cleaned up everything at the end of the day.  They were also responsive on a follow-up maintenance item after the installation.  Highly recommended.

Fantastic. I called a week ago and I already have a system in! Very reasonable and you can barely tell where they ripped up the lawn. They have also really cleaned up after themselves well. Highly recommend.

Joe was a professional from beginning to end.  He came out to assess what we needed, and within a day we had an estimate and a scheduled date for him to start the job.  By the time he and his guys were done, you wouldn't have even known that they tore up half the lawn to get everything installed - everything was put back into place exactly as they found it.  
Once they were done, Joe immediately offered to come by at a time that worked for us to walk us through the new system.  Everything went great, overall an excellent experience.

They were well prepared.  They installed the system with the utmost care.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I was pleased with their work.

I waited a little too long to schedule having my sprinklers blown out and have shut off for the winter.  The temperature had gone below freezing a few times already but Water Pro were able to accomodate me and schedule me quickly.  They were prompt, professional and answered all my questions.  I will deffinately have them back in the spring to turn the sprikler back on as well as fix a few sprinkler heads that had stopped working.

I have been putting off the winterization of my sprinkler lines for the last few weeks now. However, looking at the weather report, I see that it's starting to get below freezing at night. Wanting to avoid having my underground lines freeze and crack, I needed a company to come out in a pinch and blow out the lines. I did a search on Angie's list and called a few lawn irrigation companies, Water Pro Lawn Sprinkler System told me they could come out the next day and take care of it.
The guys came promptly in the timeframe that was agreed upon and handled the job quickly. Very professional and courteous!

They are the guys that came in twice and it so happened that they just left about 10 minutes ago. They gave excellent service, they were professional and on time. I put a note on the internet because I want them to have the wording exactly from us. When we needed them for something urgent, they came the next day in the morning before 9:00 and the prices are reasonable. They were absolutely superb. I didn't receive the bill yet but they did mentioned that we are on a trustworthy situation with them. They'll send us the bill and we pay them in 2 to 3 days and we'll be both happy.

My experience with company was good. Connection to water main was tricky in my home.  Joe spent a fair amount of time analyzing this connection and came up with an excellent method that save me money compared to other estimates.  All work was performed as described plus a few extras.  Workers were courteous, professional and neat.  Joe spent plenty of time explaining programming of electronic timer.  Had one instance in which a sprinkler head would not retract.  Contacted Joe and he responded promptly. He fixed the problem and advised that if it occurred again he would change the head.  No problems since. Price was fair.
