They designed and fabricated two women's rings for us. A diamond engagement ring and a wedding band. Each ring had approximately 20 small diamonds embedded into the band. These rings were created especially for us. They designed them and executed the design. A few months after, some of the small diamond started falling a lot. One or two at a time. We took them back and they repaired them no problem. They told us that we had a lifetime warranty. Then when two small diamonds fell out 3 years later, we brought them back. They wanted to charge us for the repair. After some discussion, they agreed to fix at no charge. A year later, more diamonds fell out. Again they gave us a hard time stating this was the last time they would do it at no charge. No sooner than a few months later, 2 small diamonds again are missing. We haven't been back to have them repaired, though we plan to plead. our case. We feel that this company should stand behind their product and workmanship. We also feel that they should not have designed a ring that is so prone to breakage; we trusted their expertise to know this. You expect a diamond ring to last forever. I don't feel I should have to worry about my diamonds constantly falling and having to pay to fix them.
