Charles was very responsive, knowledgable and clearly has a high level of expertise regarding indoor air quality. He conducted a thorough assessment of our entire house and gave us measured, conservative advice as to how to test. We had a previous company come and do the same service. There was no comparison between the two. Charles is so professional and runs a great service. I highly recommend.

Overall assessor was on time, professional but was a bit daffy on his cell phone talking business with another client while we were discussing matters that needed to be done. Somewhat loud when my 2 yr old was napping.

Charles responded and was able to meet with us quickly. He tested the air where we needed it and didn't do any unnecessary testing. The tests did not show significant mold, but the time we spent with Charles was very informative. He was able to look at our house and identify several factors for us to consider in trying to figure out why the air was so bad and what to do about it.  Going over our air quality problems with Chris let us figure out what we had to do to get our house livable again.
