For example:
The passenger doors locked with the key fob but the driver’s side doors
would not lock with use of the key fob. The sun roof buttons worked in
reverse. If you wanted to open the sunroof instead of sliding the button
back towards the rear of the car you had to slide it towards the front of the
car, and the lights remained on after locking the car with the key fob.
Ardsley Motors met my expectations and standards for customer service and for
the servicing of my vehicle. The telephone representative asked specific
questions and provided me with detailed information about what I should expect.
When I told the representative what was wrong with my car, they told me what
they planned to do and how long the process would take. They also
provided me with the initial expected cost. They were available to answer my inquiries
via telephone while the car was being serviced (the vehicle was left at the
garage for a pick up later in the day). I will continue to use their
garage to service and repair my 2006 S40 Volvo and I will recommend their
business to others.
Their shop is not large and it is preferred that you leave your vehicle
overnight if at all possible. This is not a problem for me. I prefer to
experience professionalism, and pristine service opposed to haste and
excuses.
