Everything went great! couldn't be happier

Great! Our past service persons were unable to fully repair the airconditioner. These guys got it working like a refrigerator. The car runs wonderfully, like new.

After having the car battery replaced (battery replacement was issued from local gas station) the car locks, sunroof, and exterior lights did not function within operating parameters. For example: The passenger doors locked with the key fob but the driver’s side doors would not lock with use of the key fob. The sun roof buttons worked in reverse. If you wanted to open the sunroof instead of sliding the button back towards the rear of the car you had to slide it towards the front of the car, and the lights remained on after locking the car with the key fob. Ardsley Motors met my expectations and standards for customer service and for the servicing of my vehicle. The telephone representative asked specific questions and provided me with detailed information about what I should expect. When I told the representative what was wrong with my car, they told me what they planned to do and how long the process would take. They also provided me with the initial expected cost. They were available to answer my inquiries via telephone while the car was being serviced (the vehicle was left at the garage for a pick up later in the day). I will continue to use their garage to service and repair my 2006 S40 Volvo and I will recommend their business to others. Their shop is not large and it is preferred that you leave your vehicle overnight if at all possible. This is not a problem for me. I prefer to experience professionalism, and pristine service opposed to haste and excuses.

Ardsley Motors and Justin were fantastic. From the moment I contacted them until the work was completed I felt they treated me exceptionally well, were respectful and timely in their communications, informative and honest. What more can you ask for. They were very thorough in going over all that I requested and made sure I felt comfortable with all the work that was being done. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, the shop is impeccably clean which speaks to their professionalism and they all appear to know exactly what they are doing. One of the best auto service experiences I have ever had.

The quality of the work performed was okay, but we could never reach him. He kept the car longer than we thought he would. When you call, he doesn't pick up the telephone. The pricing is probably accurate.

They have always been friendly and flexible. They have been efficient and solved the problems. I use them regularly.

I use Ardsley Motors Automotive Service Center for all of my car service. They are friendly and professional. I think the mechanics are fine and honest. They can always get me in at my convenience which is nice. The prices here are reasonable.

Ardsley Motors is a great place for auto service. They are very accommodating and helpful. Their responsiveness is also good, as well as their honesty and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The price for the service was very fair.
